Barry Sanders Jr. spilled the beans — apparently — on Mark Ingram‘s football future Wednesday.
Thursday, a person close to another draft-eligible player for the Tide did the same.
Marcell Dareus‘ legal guardian was kind enough to inform al.com earlier today that the defensive tackle will forego his senior season and enter the NFL draft. An official declaration will apparently come Friday as the Tide announced this evening that “head coach Nick Saban and several members of the Crimson Tide football team” will be made available to the media at noon tomorrow.
The school did not reveal which specific players would be available, but, based on the reports of the past two days, Ingram and Dareus will be two of the “several”.
Other current Tide players who are considered candidates for early entry include Julio Jones, Dont’a Hightower, Mark Barron and Marquis Maze.
