Kansas State-Miami game dealing with… a plague of dragonflies?

That’s the story at least.

After surviving one apparent act of God last season against Central Florida, Kansas State finds itself in another game delayed by plague-like phenomena.

This time, it’s a hoard of dragonflies on a rain-soaked field in Miami. The game doesn’t kickoff for another 45 minutes or so, but players haven’t been allowed on to the field, which is covered in a tarp, for warm-ups.

It’s also apparently covered in dragonflies. Lots and lots of dragonflies.

As some have already done, please feel free to insert Nevin Shapiro/sinful punishment jokes at your leisure.
